Product Classification System

Our most recent offering is the Product Classification System (PCS), which lends the advantages of automatic sorting of products over manual means.

The system consists of a conveyor, camera, rugged PC, several sensors and a touch-screen monitor, enabled by advanced image processing software. The PCS is operated by a Graphical User Interface on the touch-screen monitor, which in turn communicates with the other hardware components. The PCS uses a conveyor belt to move products under the camera, which captures images of the product. These images are identified and counted by the computer, through a process of comparing the captured images against a pre-stored, already trained set of product images.
